Five matches have already been and gone in the Round of 16, with five teams duly securing their place in the competition’s Quarter-Finals. Germany thumped a lacklustre Sweden 4-1; China’s organised defence held out to give them a 1-0 victory at the end of an intense game against Cameroon; Australia provided the shock of the round so far, grabbing a 1-0 win over a Brazil side\u00a0which just couldn’t craft chances in front of goal; France started strongly and went on to a comfortable 3-0 result over South Korea; and Canada, the tournament hosts, edged Switzerland 1-0 thanks to a goal scored early in the second half.<\/p>\n

Three games remain. With the United States vs. Colombia to come later today, first up is Norway vs. England<\/strong>. The match is set to kick-off in little over fifteen minutes, from inside Lansdowne Stadium, Ottawa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
